I'll say this about Jerry Jones, love him or hate him, he makes no bones about his role in the organization unlike some owners who deny or downplay their meddling when they really are. Also, unlike someone like George Steinbrenner, he didn't pretend that he wasn't going to be heavily involved when he took over, he made the "from the socks to the jocks" comment after all.
