I compiled a list of all players that are in the Caribbean winter league. (FA) indicates that they played for the team last year but are a MiLB free agent.

Dominican:
Gigantes del Cibao: Juan Guzman, Wilson Betemit, Alexi Casilla, Pedro Viola, Garabez Rosa , Rhyne Hughes (FA), Kyler Newby (FA).
Leones del Escogido: Buck Britton.
Tigres del Licey: Miguel Chalas, Ronny Paulino.

Mexican:
Aguilas de Mexicali: Oscar Villarreal (FA)
Algodoneros de Guasave: Zelous Wheeler
Yaquis de Obregon: Luis Ayala, Rick Zagone.

Venezuelan:
Caribes de Anzoategui: Carlos Larez, Owsill Lartiguez.

A lot of players will be on WBC rosters as well.
