I'm stoked.

I never had friends later on like the ones I had when I was twelve. Jesus, does anyone?

Going Thursday night, and watched part 1 again last night to refresh.  If nothing else, I know it will be visually stunning.

There's a handful of directors keeping the Movie Theater experience going and Denis is one of them!

Seeing it Friday. Cannot wait

There is baseball, and occasionally there are other things of note

"Now OPS sucks.  Got it."

"Making his own olive brine is peak Mackus."

"I'm too hungover to watch a loss." - McNulty

It's pretty good, but I have some problems with what they chose to do in some aspects.  Good adaptation for some of what needed to be adapted, but really dropped the ball on a key point that I'm stuck on.

What's the key point you're annoyed by? I loved it.

I think they fumbled the ending with respect to the book.

How so? (I've read the books and am not necessarily disagreeing, just curious)

I saw it yesterday. Amazing film.

I think Jessica's parentage came out of nowhere, though. Wasn't foreshadowed at all or I missed it.
