Shame the Terps don't get Purdue this season, it'd be the best shot they have at an easy conference win. Boilermakers have to be the worst power conference team in the country this year.

Been a lot of talk about Army, Navy, Indiana, Duke and Rutgers being undefeated as of now. Meanwhile, Pitt has very quietly jumped to a 5-0 start with a win at UNC today.

It's only 8:03 into the 1st Qtr, but Vanderbilt has jumped out to a 13-0 lead on Alabama.

Now 23-14 Vandy at halftime. Alabama looks a little hung over after the big win last week.

Indiana just became the first FBS team this season to reach bowl eligibility with a 41-24 win at Northwestern.

Headed to the 4th Qtr in Nashville, and Vandy is clinging to a 30-28 lead.

And that's it, Vanderbilt wins over #1 Alabama 40-35. It is the first win against a Top 5 team in Vandy's history (previously 0-60).
And anyone who says this game wasn't awesome because Alabama wasn't eliminated from the playoff with the loss is full of it.
And considering what he's accomplished the past two seasons, Diego Pavia should avoid the state of Alabama....he's probably Public Enemy #1 down there right now.

Think about all the bachelorette parties in Nashville that are going to be crashed by drunken football fans tonight.

Man, Washington's kicker....missed 3 FG attempts last week, missed one so far today and just had another one blocked right before halftime. Any soccer players in the Seattle area looking for a scholarship at UW, apply within.

Tennessee has been skunked in the 1st Half at Arkansas. Even Georgia hasn't done that to them in the Josh Heupel era.
Been a weird week for the top-ranked teams. Texas is off, but guess they move back up to #1, Ohio State moves up to #2. We'll see what the Vols end up doing in the 2nd Half and they are only down 3-0, but maybe Oregon moves up to set up a #2 vs #3 matchup in Eugene next week.

Maybe don't give up 67 points over the past 6 quarters and you won't blow a gasket.
