After picking up their first conference win in overtime against Penn State last week, Maryland remains in College Park to face off against Alcorn State on Tuesday night. The Braves are off to a disastrous 1-8 (0-0) start to their season, and just one of their eight losses have come by less than ten points. However, they're coming off of two straight SWAC regular season championships in head coach Landon Bussie's fourth year at the helm. Their defense has been particularly bad this season, allowing 88.4 points per game (360th in the nation).
