Maryland will tip off their 2023-24 men's basketball season at home against Mount St. Mary's on Tuesday night before heading south to North Carolina for the 2023 Asheville Championship Tournament over the weekend. The Mountaineers finished last year with a 13-20 (8-12) record, and were eliminated in the quarterfinals of the MAAC Tournament by Iona. Dan Engelstad is now in his sixth season at the helm in Emmitsburg.
