Certainly leadership and experience from these kinds of guys is very valuable. But there are plenty of players who have those qualities and can perform at a higher level than guys like Frazier and Gibson. This team should be past signing those kinds of players. With all of the depth we have I fell we are much better off to sign one or two higher quality guys than what we did last offseason. Couple that with a big trade or two and we should be really really good next year.

They won't. A young team has over excelled two years in a row. No way they're spending on any vets.
