Eh. Really limited on RH relief options right now. Cano, Webb, Voth, Fuji. Wells should probably take Fuji's spot.

One less SP needed. 1 will go to pen. I mean its possible but he will literally be the last man on the pitching side if needed

I mean Means and Wells will be up and on if healthy. Have to think there will be more trust in Baker or Baumann. It comes down to prob Baker or Baumann vs Fuji for a postseason spot. I think it will be one of the former at this point

Baumann maybe, but no way on Baker.

Here's how a Baker at bat would go in a jam Get a head 0-2. Throw 3 straight balls,batter then fouls off 4 or 5 before getting a big hit and the lead. Baker proceeds to get the next guy out after blowing it.

I actually wasn’t rattled by Fuji tonight. I think with a huge lead they told him to throw it right down the middle. Make them hit it. Get outs.

I can't see Fuji being on the post season roster at this point. A freshened Baumann/Wells are easily better options. Further, he may be pitching himself out of the Orioles plans for next year.

I doubt Fujinami is really in their plans for next season. He'll probably return to Japan.

The only way they keep him for next year is if he miraculously becomes a dominant pitcher next month and into the playoffs.  Otherwise, yeah, he's as good as gone.  Just can't consistently command his stuff.

Yea, you could see it, in his expression.  The Orioles are using a short BP, (by today's standards), and the last thing Hyde wants to do, is to get another guy up, with an 8 run lead.  Had Sosa not been a dumb ass, Webb probably would have had to come in to finish.
