Turns 27 years old in September but this 6'4'', 250 pound RHP minor league free agent signing could be the next Felix Bautista/Yennier Cano. 

 

Last year after missing two seasons he had a 9.24 BB/9 and 8.27 K/9 over 37 innings with a 11.43 ERA.

 

This year he has a 2.55 BB/9 and 14.77 K/9 over 17.2 innings with a 2.04 ERA.

 

Fastball approaches 100 mph.

That can possibly be improved w/coaching. But U can't teach 100 mph. O's also picked up Ort and Krook w/arms like that. Only 1 needs to hit to really impact the bullpen.

IDK. Some horses can't be broken. Some wild pitchers can't be taught control.
