Yea the stream was good but the announcing left a lot to be desired.

Probably wouldnt think we were 1 game under .500 since the Yankees series ended with all the bitching and moaning around here but indeed thats our record over the last 2 weeks. 2005 all over again. OMG!!!!!
Fifteen games over .500 again.

Yea the stream was good but the announcing left a lot to be desired.
One of the announcers (I think the guy who went and got soaked in the middle of the game in the waterpark section) astutely observed how when a catcher at the plate notices a catcher get nicked on a pitch, he'll step out of the box and perhaps get the ump involved. That is precisely what happened, but he then went into some story about George Brett and Frank White, while Salvador Perez leaned into Adley and asked if he was OK, to which he replied, "Thanks guys - both of you. I'm all set." But you had to listen past the announcer telling some other story to actually hear what was being said.

Maybe we should start a pool and pick when this offense will score 10 runs in a game. This year? Five years from now? What's killing this team is not only weak hitting but they don't even hit for power. In any rate, a win is a win and there's no excuse not to sweep this series.

Somebody owes me something after predicting the wall was going to take a whole run off their team ERA last year. I figured I would at least get set of steak knives. (LOL)
