Hes a pro. Plain and simple. Sometimes guys with a track record just need a change of scenery. I actually think its what Mountcastle needs. He was "bad" for NY last year but put up 1.6 WAR. It wasnt the end of the world except he was in NY
Granted, I don't expect Hicks to be much of a player for us but gotta enjoy it while he's hot.

I don't think Mountcastle plays with a ton of pressure in Baltimore. Certainly not what Hicks was facing in NY.

Its not always pressure. I think the Wall is in his head for one. Granted thats only 81 games a year.
