It's a joke that people don't go to prison for many years for this. He should also never be allowed to drive a car ever again. But he won't face any actual punishment at all most likely. When he inevitably kills someone doing this the next time, hopefully it's just himself. He lasted a full year at Cincinnati after his last DUI, but yeah don’t see that happening this time.
EDIT: His BAC was reportedly 0.21%, more than twice the legal limit.

Yeah. Given that guy's body size? A .210 BAL is probably 24 beers.
Dude was freakin trashed.

"Actually, after a few beers I drive better than I do sober because I'm more focused."
That guy has been driving drunk for decades. I hope he gets the help he needs. I also hope he just goes away.

He had just had his salary cut for the anti-gay slur, so I imagine he needed to collect them to take to the recycling center for a refund.

This is why getting it in writing matters. Lol, what a S show.
I guess when your wife writes the letter, since you’re probably too plastered to write it yourself, it doesn’t count.

After the announcement of Jahvon Quinnerly was made official yesterday, memphis could be setting records for the oldest team in College Basketball history if they're not careful. With guys like Quinnerly, Caleb Mills, David Jones and Jordan Brown now in the fold, plus the pending question of DeAndre Williams and his eligibility, this team will not be lacking experience at all. With Houston now out of the picture in the AAC, the rest of the conference now looks like FAU, Memphis and everyone else. This Tigers team will definitely be one to watch, as Penny Hardaway has led them to the big dance in each of the last two seasons.

Bronny James apparently collapsed on the court from a cardiac arrest yesterday while working out at USC. He’s out of ICU and in stable condition now.

With all of the recent announcements regarding conference realignment, I've been thinking a lot about what these football driven decisions mean for the future of College Basketball. This is still a sport that generates a ton of revenue and for some schools like Kansas, Duke and Kentucky it is the primary source. Will we even have conference tournaments anymore? Football should be treated as a separate entity before we do even more damage to basketball with these decisions. The Pac 12 Basketball Tournament will be an absolute morgue this March and I hate to see that conference end like this.
