Still think he needs to develop more of a jump shot since he’s too undersized to be a full-time NBA center, but he’ll absolutely go through the draft process.
Wonder if Reese is now thinking of testing NBA waters?

He's a 4 as a pro, and I think he lacks the physicality and refinement...but agree there is enough there for him to go through the process.

Also, I feel kinda bad for Ben Johnson. I watched the FS1 Mic’d up game against Ohio St. Both he and Holtmann were mic’d the entire game. He came across really well. At that point, his team was still somewhat fighting for him. He’s dug quite the hole though. An atrocious 2 seasons at the helm at Minnesota.

I think he goes through the process, but without an outside shot he is a G league guy.

Well, Carey’s certainly feeling it in the second half.
The best thing to come out of the game.

We've seen it before. I feel like whenever he's on a hot streak it's in a game where the outcome is already pretty much in-hand.
If he could somehow find his stroke here at the end of the season that would certainly improve the ceiling of the team.

Agreed. He has run away from shots the last few games but he hit one yesterday and then seemed to be hunting.
The Terps looked real tired on Sunday, so they need Carey to play 20 minutes and be effective. It is never too late so hopefully last night was a start.

Maryland wins, 88-70. Still haven’t lost at home in conference play.
Big matchup against #21 Northwestern coming on Sunday.
Northwestern lost to Illinois tonight, 66-62.

If Carey gets his groove back and starts knocking down 3's at 38% or 40% like he has in the past we have a chance at a sweet 16 or elite 8. We've been on the cusp of the top 25 with him being unable to hit the side of a barn most games.Agreed.
