Big road win for Maryland tonight over #10 Rutgers.
Little hairy near the end there when they went to victory formation and stopped shooting, but a good win none the less. Their defense continues to play great!

Nice little read on Jim Berkman who picked up his 600th win at Salisbury over the weekend. Interesting little nugget I never knew about, back in 2011 he interviewed for the job in Annapolis coaching the Mids.

Terps looked sloppy in their win over Rutgers on Saturday night, they need to be better in their rematch against JHU on Thursday.

Conference tournament games today including Michigan-PSU at 1 and Hopkins-MD at 330. Towson has been playing better of late after a rough start to the season. They knocked of #1 (in their conference) Delaware second week and are rewarded with a rematch today in their conference semifinal.

Don't sleep on Michigan, they have already beat MD once and have a great FO specialist as well
I wasn't sleeping on Michigan prior to this game, but I didn't expect a total beatdown against the Terps. Long story short the Terps were outplayed in all facets of the game, but I wanted to mention 3 that stood out to me.
Faceoffs. Luke Weirman was locked in in the first quarter winning all but maybe one FO. 2nd quarter on it was all Michigan, Luke was getting beat clean and also called for procedure penalties and could never get back on track.
Defense. For a Terps team that prides it self on great defense I was shocked to see them play so bad. Often times there were Michigan players wide open with clean looks that usually resulted in a goal.
Finally Michigan brought the 10 man ride with them to this game and it gave the Terps fits, turnovers, offsides, bad passes, were all seen as MD tried to clear the ball.

Damn hopefully you and your son could still enjoy being down there. Sucks the way the game went. I know you haven’t been sleeping on Michigan, but how highly touted is MD this year? Another team with F4 upside? I’m unfamiliar with the tournament selection process, they’ll still make it right?

Salisbury with the top seed in the southern portion of the D3 bracket. I'm being greedy, but I would like to see them collect their 13th National Title, haven't won one since 2017 so they are due. Won't be easy as there are plenty of tough teams they could face along the way including reigning champion RIT
