[Tucker Blair]

This flew under the radar and I can't recall anyone really talking about it.

The Orioles signed a 16 year old SS out of Puerto Ordaz (the MLB.com site has him from Puerto Ordaz, Alaska...which can't be right since Puerto Ordaz is in Venezuela...)
Haven't seen anything on it, or heard anything about him.
