Really excited about this. I think Rogue One is the best SW movie, so I am curious to see if it can recapture that mature, war-film feel that RO had. I really like Diego Luna too. He was great in Narcos Mexico. Also happy to have SW not revolve around Jedis and the Skywalkers.

What a strong start. That was awesome.

As long as they can keep Darth Vader from flexing his cartoonish, schlocky evil, or keep Luke Skywalker from saving the day (the ending of S2 Mandalorian was so, so stupid), I'll give it my full attention.
I don't hold out hope they'll do this correctly though.

Andor has surpassed both Rings and House of the Dragon. Nearly flawless show
I’m enjoying HOTD and LOTR more but there is no debate that Andor is the best written and best directed show of the bunch. Great time to be a fan of sci-fi/fantasy.

Casting Qyburn as this ISB big wig is one of the greatest casting decisions of all time.

I'm blown away by how good this show is. This is why the Rebellion was just.

Just watched the 6th episode.
This show is exactly what I want from future Star Wars shows and movies.
So freaking good.

This has been great so far. It's the first time in the whole Star Wars library that you really get insight into why the empire was so awful and people rebelled.
Love how they've evolved Dedra, from a semi-sympathetic character - woman in a man's world who was dismissed and derided when she was the first to spot something amiss - into a pure villain corrupted by power.

The Ringer: ‘Andor’ Episode 9 Breakdown: The Empire Is Scarier Without Sith Lords and Superweapons
100% agreed. The sith crap makes it silly (full disclosure: so does the Jedi mantra and light sabers)...

She has an evangelical bent to her beliefs. It doesn't matter she's on the wrong side here. She believes in the wrongness with a passion of a thousand suns.
