Mavs fined $750k for tanking.

If his was baseball. The Angelos’ might have gone broke.

I don’t follow basketball, but this seems like a good idea, and a bad a one, One one hand, I wish something could be done to curb teams straight up not trying. On the other hand, how do you prove the difference in not trying versus just sucking?

Also, where does the blame fall. I don’t doubt the Elias era O’s players actually tried. But the front office and management definitely tanked their end of the deal.

Two great games.  Clippers-Suns and Kings-Warriors were excellent.

Agreed, at times the NBA regular season is unwatchable.  The playoffs on the other hand are an entirely different story.

 

Kings-Warriors game 2 was also good.  It is time to see if the Kings have the stones to take GS in the Bay area.
