Bets the under when hearing about snow in Buffalo. Game gets moved to Detroit, indoors.
Great.
Edit: I went to see what the new line was (49 up from 42) and FanDuel had voided the bet and refunded me. Good deal.
Yea any sports book that is worth their salt would void those bets.
Although on the other hand caveat emptor -- if you bet on a team with a questionable QB and the QB ends up not playing you don't get a refund....
Can see both sides but glad you got your money back
There is baseball, and occasionally there are other things of note
"Now OPS sucks. Got it."
"Making his own olive brine is peak Mackus."
"I'm too hungover to watch a loss." - McNulty

Yeah, It's weird how they decide that, but glad they did. I wonder if they voided everyone who took the over as well. That would have been sick to have the over at 42 then be able to bet the under at 49.
I think in baseball the probable starting pitchers have to start for the bet to be live? If there is a last minute change bets can be voided.
I had read online (take it with a grain of salt) that in the fine print it actually says they will void bets for a venue change if the home team is no longer listed as the home team. I didn't see a clear explanation. The Bills are probably still listed as the home team. Sounds like they got a lot of complaints and maybe just said screw it. Seems like FanDuel and DK are better ate customer service than your run of mill sports book. Maybe Detroit would be considered neutral site and neither team becomes the home team, but if the game was moved to like Buffalo University it would still be a home game for Buffalo kinda thing? I don't know.
Watch the under 42 hit anyway.

If Pitt ends up beating Cincy the Ravens are in an outstanding position to win the division. 2 game lead and will only need 1 more division win to have the tiebreaker over Cincy.

You also get the sense that while he isn’t not a threat as a runner, he doesn’t particular sense pressure and navigate the pocket all that well at this level. At least so far. I haven’t been impressed. Think he’s the best QB in their room, but that isn’t saying much.Cincinnati getting the W.
Pickett's arm strength is pretty meh.

You wonder how long Pittsburgh will stay with him. Longterm. A few years. Not even. Depending on where they draft next year they could dip back into the QB pool in next years draft. Certainly something to keep track of as we know Pitt is a sound organization. We will see how long it takes them to find their next real QB

Are they? The transition from sustained greatness to mediocrity can be so gradual that it is hard to notice. But when is the last time they’ve had legit contention as their upside? They love a good 9-10 win playoff year flex, but what does that do for you? They’ve had FO turnover, and they haven’t invested in the trenches on either side of the ball. They suck on run D. Their Oline is awful. That’s not the Steelers quality org we’re used to IMO. They’re more brand than substance at this point in their existence, and I love it. Things can change quick in this league though, so you can never count on them being down for too long. But it’s been quite a while since I was afraid of the Steelers.

It does feel like the Vikings are 1 and done in the playoffs. I can get behind rooting for them though.
40-3 home loss kinda supports my opinion. Yikes

Classic emotional letdown after a thriller last week. I think they’re a little better than you, but vulnerable, like every team in this league is basically.

They are solid but probably the 5th best team in that conference.

Thats fair. I agree the NFC seems weak. Philly, Dal, SF better IMO. Can make a case for Sea and NY. I guess the disrespect from me would be saying that despite likely having a 1st round home game I dont think they should be be favored over whoever they get in the playoffsIf the Vikings are 5th, who's 3rd and 4th?
I ask this as a Vikings skeptic, but also an NFC skeptic.
