Would've been awesome. This roster may have literally killed him off though, but then again, would’ve been great to see what he could’ve gotten out of them.

Perhaps a perception thing. Don’t want the next guy to feel like Gary is always looming, and if you suck, we’ll have him finish your work. That kind of thing. Just a thought.

Would’ve loved to see it though. Manning’s inability to win the close game is just tooth-ache painful. Sucks. You can see the effort, but just not prepared enough at the start of games and not enough adjustments down the stretch.
