So after eight weeks, Maryland sits at 5-3 (2-3) with four games to go. The next three weeks are brutal. Home games against Michigan and Penn State, and a road trip to Michigan State. You'd like to see them compete in at least one of those games, but you do get a season finale on the road against Rutgers which is the best opportunity to reach bowl eligibility. That extra month of practice would be huge.

They've got a great coach. It's a nice Big Ten win. Find a way to get that bowl game, it'd be a tangible step forward.

I'll wait to see how their game tonight turns out. Clifford, though he played last week, definitely didn't look 100%.

Clifford has experience and I guess he's a suitable college QB.... but he's pretty limited imo.  (Now I'm sure he'll now put up 400 on the Terps next week, but still.)

Hope OSU blows PSU off the field tonight.  Leave them feeling demoralized.

They ended the game with neither RB going above 2.5 YPC, great work from Taulia handling the offense because the running game sure wasn't gonna do it

Clifford still isn't all the way back, but looked good enough tonight to suggest next week won't be close at all.

MD’s best hope at this point is a big rumor spreads Franklin is bolting after the season and they’re too distracted.
