Urban Meyer famously compared facing NFL teams to "preparing for Alabama every week."
For fun, I compiled a depth chart of Alabama players drafted in the last 4 years. Guys who theoretically could have been teammates.

I understand that when people say "Alabama could beat the Jaguars", it sounds silly. But if you got to put together a combination of Alabama teammates who theoretically could have played together given the four year span, maybe? That offense would play in the NFL. The defense is so-so in the linebacker group, but thats a solid secondary. Looks like maybe a 6-8 win team in the NFL.
If the Jags, or Jets, had a road game in Tuscaloosa this week, they win because the freshman need that development still, there are guys on that roster not getting drafted. But I'd think Bama could keep it within two or three scores. It wouldn't be a 63-0 thumping.
It'd be closer than Iowa vs. Maryland
