Hey all, welcome back to the 2021 College Football Pick 'Em pool! We had great fun last year playing this despite covid and now with the pandemic *mostly* behind us, we are firing it back up! One big change this year, in order to try to limit the ties, is that each week you will pick ONE game as your "key" game -- this will be worth 2 points instead of 1. Please join up and pay (see the rules) if interested, and feel free to invite whoever!

POOL FORMAT
This is a Key Pick Pick'em pool. In addition to picking all the games each week, you designate 1 games as your Key Picks. For each Key Pick that you get right, you will get 1 point for the win, plus 1 bonus points. A regular (non-Key) pick is worth 1 point. In the event of a tie, you get 1/2 the points.
POOL SCHEDULE
The pool picksheet will be set each week by the pool manager (BOPPER THE UGLY) and will include 10 college games per week. This pool lasts through week 13 of the college football season (11/27/21)
POINTSPREADS
This pool uses point spreads and your win-loss record is 'Against the Spread'. The team you pick must cover the spread for you to get credit for a win.
AUTO PICKS
If you forget to enter your own picks the website will automatically assign picks for you if you have your Autopick Option set up. Go to POOLS>My Pools to set up your own autopick option.
WEEKLY STANDINGS
The Weekly Standings in this pool are based on 'Points'. The person with the most points is ranked highest.
If there is a tie after 'Points', the first tiebreaker is 'Tie Game Points'. The person who most closely picks the total combined score by both teams in the designated tiebreaker game is ranked highest. Going over or under does not matter. Typical tiebreaker games are the bigger games of the week (SEC on CBS, ESPN prime time etc).
If there is a tie after 'Tie Game Points', it will be considered a tie.
SEASON STANDINGS
The Standings in this pool are based on 'Points'. The person with the most points is ranked highest.
If there is a tie after 'Points', it will be considered a tie.
CONFIRMING PICKS
It is your responsibility to confirm that your own picks are accepted by the website. You should see the Congratulations Screen after submitting your picks and you should receive a pick confirmation email. If you are still unsure if your picks were accepted, you should return to the picksheet, not by using your browser's back button, but by clicking on the My Picks link. If your picks were accepted they will be prefilled on the picksheet.
POSTPONED GAMES
If a game is postponed to a later week, all the picks for that game will be deleted by the website. The website will send an email notification to the people who picked that game and their pool managers. Whether they get the email or not, it is the responsibility of the individual pool member to know that the game was postponed and to enter a new pick (if necessary) before the pick deadline passes.
DISPUTES
If there is ever a discrepancy between what the website shows and what the player says he/she entered, the website will be considered correct. If there is ever a discrepancy between what the website shows and a pick confirmation email, the website will be considered correct.
