When I wrote my piece on how loaded Double-A Bowie is with Rutschman, Rodriguez and Hall, multiple people I spoke to went out of their way to mention how impressive Kevin Smith was at the same level.

 

Now, the left-hander is headed to Norfolk.

Need to give him a longer look this year. Just strange timing, Got the OD Norflok nod and pitched solid. 4 solid innings in his 2nd appearance. Too many walks but stuff seems decent. He's starting tomorrow. He cleared so no harm no foul but its a little headscratching to me.
