Sure, but they generally go with statistics and Hoes probably had a slightly better season. I would think that Tyler Kelly had better stats than both. Maybe because he was level lower than Hoes and isn't considered as good a prospect? Kelly had probably the best season of any O's minor league position players.

Yeah that's primarily the reason I think.
We gave it to Kelly at ON.
It was one or the other really, both well deserving.

I'd have went with Kelly as well, quite a breakout year. At least to get himself into the picture. But Hoes is a good choice, he had a great season.
