I don't think we'll see many new teams in the playoffs this year. In the East I think Brooklyn gets in now, with Orlando dropping out for what looks to be a very long future as a lottery team.
Minnesota could crack the playoffs in the West, love their frontcourt, but their backcourt is shaky to say the least. Rubio has to come back very soon for them to have any chance. And I'm extremely skeptical as to whether Brandon Roy can make it through an 82-game season, even coming off the bench, let alone as their starting 2.
