Syracuse plays Liberty later today.

They enter the season ranked #22.

ESPN's Football Power Index has them a 51% favorite to beat MD.

Their HC is Dino Babers, who brought a Bowling Green to College Park a few years ago, and kicked MD's ass.

Syracuse only up 10-0 against Liberty at halftime. QB Tommy DeVito has thrown 2 INTs.

They were able to run the ball in the second half, all their touchdowns came on the ground. Their passing game was pretty bad. Defensively, they stifled the run but allowed the Flames to throw for 238 yards on them. Not really sure why they opened up against a team like Liberty on the road, but whatever.

Syracuse plays Clemson the week after they play the Terps, so it's certainly a trap game for them.

Yesterday, ESPN's FPI had Cuse as a 51% favorite to beat MD.... after the results of yesterday's games... MD is now 66.8% favorite to win per FPI.

No changes to the depth chart this week. Left Tackle, Mike Linebacker, Punter, and Punt Returner jobs still up for grabs.

Locksley now says Jaelyn Duncan is expected to start at LT after Ellis McKennie started last week.

The Terps are now 2-point favorites in the game. The line has moved a full touchdown in Maryland's favor since Sunday.

So normally I wouldn’t do this, but I really think I need to release Cuse +2 as a pick.

That line is stupid

There is baseball, and occasionally there are other things of note

"Now OPS sucks.  Got it."

"Making his own olive brine is peak Mackus."

"I'm too hungover to watch a loss." - McNulty

I'll be making the trip up for this one, hopefully we get a good crowd. Ticket prices were pretty reasonable for a Top-25 opponent and the weather looks perfect.

According to the team's Twitter account, they'll be wearing their standard Pride Helmet with red jerseys and black pants.

There were national people that thought Cuse would beat Clemson this year.  They have been building very well for a few years now and Babers is an excellent coach.

Stranger things have happened and this wouldn't be some major upset but I don't see how MD is favored in this game.

Maryland Stadium is an incredibly intimidating place to play for visiting teams. ;)
