The parking lot at Canton Crossing is one of the more confusingly designed things I've ever seen, but I am really glad its now there. Good mix of shops and food, and has to be doing good things for my property value.

So Canton Crossing isn't just the new shopping center but is considered that whole area? Didn't know that. I thought the First Mariner building was still lass than 50% full and the commercial spaces are struggling (Della Rose's on the main floor closed a while ago and I don't think has been replaced), surprised they are thinking of massive expansion while they are still struggling to fill that space.
This new stuff would basically be on top of Merritt and behind.
They're gonna have to expand Boston Street down there if they build up any further. It's already become a bit of a traffic nightmare with the new shopping center.
