Jerry Coleman is a complete and total idiot. It defies logic and sound reasoning that he's employed as an on-air personality.

That whole morning show in unlistenable. I'm so glad I founds some podcasts I can listen to.

Arguing with people on FB about this.

Basically, people will boo Manny because they think he’s a jerk. (Which probably isn’t wrong)

And then you have the people who will boo him because he’s not Brooks or Cal and how they acted on the field.

If I was there I wouldn't boo. I wouldn't cheer. He's just another away team player. Don't even care about the business side of the game. For every great moment he gave us, he's had a punk ass moment to counter it. If he never was an Oriole, he'd be douche on A-Rod levels. But because he was our punk, we put up with it.

When/if AJ comes back I will be there, and he will get a standing O from me.

Perfectly articulated

Good news! I saw a dog today.

I enjoyed it when it was just Rob Long and Ed Norris, because they're both solid sports fans, so it was like listening to a couple of buddies talk sports. I stopped commuting just before Coleman was added. But I had to go into the office one day, and was annoyed to hear that guy's voice.

Looks like you can get $20 box seats for tonight's game through OH, but I guess you always run the risk of sitting next to OFFNY in full regalia.

Couldn't agree more.

Basically, if you are calling Manny a liar, you are saying that you have/had faith that Peter Angelos and Duquette worked together to offer the right deal and Manny said no thanks...so basically, you are giving  DD and especially PA the benefit of the doubt and I have no idea why anyone would do that.

I half agree...I think there's a very likely scenario where (a) he's a disingenuous narcissist AND (b) DD/PA are incompetent morons who had no real idea on how to make him an appropriate offer.  Those 2 are most certainly not mutually exclusive.

That being said - I still see no reason to boo him.

Lmao, I had forgotten about that guy. I haven't even checked OH in a couple years at this point.

Does he sit in the stands wearing several different colors?

I sort of forget, but I feel like face paint and a bird puppet are part of it.

Are you joking? I was kidding.

He doesn’t really do this, does he?

I would clap politely, but nothing like the greeting those of us who were there gave Nick Markakis the first time he came back. I'm sure AJ will be treated just as well.

I definitely can see why people would cheer louder for Nick or Adam. That makes sense to me.

The fans did the right thing.

IMO, no reason for Oriole fans to boo Manny.
