Sounds like that'll be the end of any risk for Duke as well. I can't imagine Thomas or the jeweler talking with the NCAA.

Not neccassarily. Duke and the NCAA are still conducting an investigation.Sounds like that'll be the end of any risk for Duke as well. I can't imagine Thomas or the jeweler talking with the NCAA.
