Heard Curtis Jacobs and Donte Thornton just gave verbals to Penn State. Locksley is starting off his tenure slow.

You expect miracles? He just got to College Park less than two months ago. He flipped a 4⭐️ QB from FSU and a 4⭐️ WR in Hazel from WVU. Locksley is also still in the running for Cross from DeMatha. Next year will be much better. Wait for the JR Visit Day at MD later this month. It’ll be telling.
