29. Baltimore Ravens
Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah: The Ravens boast arguably the elite defensive lineman in the NFL in Haloti Ngata and that is precisely who some scouts are comparing this 6-3, 320 pound giant to. Voted by Pac-12 offensive linemen as the most dominant defensive lineman in the conference, Lotulelei may just be the hottest name in the country right now and ultimately a steal at this point in the draft. He's the type of player that Ozzie Newsome wouldn't let slide by just because he already had one dominant lineman. Besides, Ngata and Lotulelei can each play inside or out in a 3-4 scheme.

29. Baltimore Ravens
Kelechi Osemele, OG, Iowa State: Though Osemele still needs to prove to scouts he can handle NFL-caliber quickness off the edge, the Ravens should like his toughness and strong hands whether he takes over for free agent Ben Grubbs at left guard or Bryant McKinnie at left tackle.

30. Baltimore Ravens - Michael Brewster, C, Ohio State
What Baltimore really needs is a true franchise left tackle, which they haven't really had since Jonathan Ogden retired. Unfortunately drafting in the back end of the first round greatly hurts the team's chances to do that. At center, Matt Birk is in the final year of his contract and may retire at the end of the season.
62. Baltimore Ravens - Kevin Reddick, MLB, North Carolina
Reddick would be an ideal choice if the Ravens finally want to find a replacement, or even a foil, for Ray Lewis.

If anything, he hit the nail on the head on the direction of the draft picks.
OL, ILB, S are the three big needs, but a great deal of players are on the last year of their contract and overall depth is needed in certain areas as well.

29. Baltimore Ravens -- Kelechi Osemele, OG, Iowa State
The Ravens could have multiple needs on the offensive line depending on how their offseason goes. Osemele is listed at 347 pounds and could thrive in a system that has had success developing offensive linemen. They also could try to land a receiver, possibly LSU's Reuben Randle.

I could see them going OT, LBer, safety, WR, DL in the first round.
I tend to think they stay away from RB, guard, TE, QB, CB and probably DT in first round.

LB, S, OT, and WR are what I would target, depending on who's available.
As always, I'm sure they'll do a very good job in the draft, especially early.

Having watched Patrick Willis for seasons at Ole Miss, Highsmith looks to be cut from the same cloth as Willis, Lewis, etc....

30. Baltimore Ravens - Vontaze Burfict, ILB, Arizona State
"Ozzie Newsome indicated that he'll be looking for Ray Lewis' successor this upcoming April. Well, Vontaze Burfict makes sense for a number of reasons. He's one of the best players available and fits the attitude of Baltimore's defense. He can play next to Lewis right away, and Ozzie Newsome has taken chances on talented head-cases before."

How are the guards in this year's draft? Is there anybody at guard that maybe they would be targeting with the pick, and as such they could let Grubbs go? If they don't sign Grubbs, I wouldn't be surprised at all if they have their eye on a guard with that pick. If Grubbs is retained, then I definitely think it's likely they go LB or S.

Not familiar with the names, don't follow the college game too closely, but I like the idea of addressing the offensive line first.

As SG noted in the 'State of the Ravens' Press Conference, O.Newsome made clear that even if both Birk, and Gurode return, the Ravens will add a new Center prior to next year. Seems likely that will occur in the first two rounds of the draft.

They may get one of the three top ILB within the first 45 slots, while still being able to grab an interior lineman and another player that could be an impact rotational player from year one.
Now if Birk retires, they may need to hold that slot and draft more for need over value, but the top center is good value late in the first round.

in His 2.0 version he's changed the selection to Center Peter Konz
I think the Ravens are more likely to resign Gurode...I dont see them wasting a 1st rounder on a C when they can get one in the 3rd-4th rounds.
Baltimore RavensRecord: 12-4
Peter Konz, C, WisconsinWith Ray Lewis' decision to come back for another year, the Ravens might be a little less desperate to find the next great linebacker, and can instead hit another big need. Matt Birk will need a replacement at center, and Konz is the best one in the draft. He's like a good quarterback, picking up every blitz and stunt, and has the kind of smarts in calling out things that will really help the quarterback. The Ravens were a mess up front for portions of 2011 and will need to add help there.
