Randall laying a combined 71 points! Stay away bettors!!

Well, UConn sucks and UCF was the highest scoring team in football last year on a per game basis, and return a lot of guys.

Northwestern State only won 3 games last year against god awful competition as it is, so A&M should win about 55-7 minimum. might end up being 70-0 and I won’t have to sweat at all.

Besides, these are the lines in the first couple weeks. A lot of heavy favorites.

This is all very true.

2-0

Today’s pick...

Michigan State -23 vs. Utah State L, 38-31

MSU returns 19 starters who went 10-3, beat Michigan, Penn State, and stomped air raid Washington State in their bowl game 42-17. Utah State lost its opener to Wisconsin last year 59-10. I expect at worst a 42-14 game.

Five favorites.  Risky.

Yup.

You'd think I'd have learned by now -- money is won playing the dogs.

As I take Miami -3.5 tonight (note:  not an official pick)

My BSL handicapper power rankings going into week 2.

#1: Randall- Hes consistently dominates the early season . Hes faded in years past and thats a real concern going forward but ride him hard for now.

#2:Beaner- Tried and true. The pro. He understands more than anyone the ups and downs of gambling. Wont be bothered by a poor showing week 1. You should never be too concerned about using his plays

#3 Cerrano- The opposite of Randall. A slow starter that seemingly hits his stride once conference season begins. Play him with caution until he proves he has a feel for the teams.

Honorable mentions

SG: He tries.

If I keep this up for a couple weeks I should probably cut back to six picks for a while instead of the 10-15 I usually do. I don't think the best handicappers are keeping a 75% success rate going for multiple weeks at a time.

The understatement of all understatements.

Agreed with sticking to 6.
