In my opinion he is.
He's the Baysox's leader in Games, AB, R, Hits, 3B, RBI, SB. Tied for 1st in TB. Tied for 2nd in HR. 2nd in BB. His .306/ .357/ .497/ .854 is all 2nd on team as well. He is currently in the Eastern League's Top-10 in AB, R, Hits, 3B, RBI and TB.

Not sure how he is going to fare at the MLB level but I would sure pencil him in at this point.
