I always liked the Lemonheads cover of Mrs. Robinson, Ataris Boys of Summer is decent and I always liked OAR's cover of Fool in the Rain.
Worst Cover goes to Smashing Pumpkins "Landslide" Billy Corgan should be punched in the face for that one!

I've always been a fan of AAF's version of Smooth Criminal.
For the longest time, I had no idea that was a MJ song.
I actually like AAF's version better.

I like Billy's version myself.... but I'd say the Dixie Chicks cover is better.

This was a one-time-only performance at the Kennedy Center Honors, but Ann and Nancy Wilson & Co did the best Stairway to Heaven I've heard (other attempts I've heard to cover it usually suck). As you'll see towards the end, it even brought Robert Plant to tears (or maybe that just means it wasn't very good at all).

A few favorites of mine that haven't been mentioned:
Darius Rucker covering Hey, Hey, What Can I Do
The Band covering Atlantic City
The Wallflowers covering Lawyers, Guns, and Money
Gary Jules covering Mad World
Pretty much anything by the Blues Brothers

The Weeknd's Dirty Diana cover is pretty decent. But his voice is similar to Michael's, so that shouldn't be surprising.
