This type of thing is interesting to me because I think it depends on what type of dinner do you want?

Do you want to laugh? Do you want to learn about greatness? Do you want to learn why someone does something insanely awful? Do you want to understand how great decisions are made?

I know you can maybe do most of that in one group but I just find it interesting how you can attack this so many ways.

Washington, Jefferson, Lincoln, Obama (the race element would make this even more intriguing)

 

or just go modern

Not really.  It depends on your interests I believe.  

 

I certainly would be interested in someone like Serena....and there are some actresses for sure.  Likely some Olympians.  A woman like Harriet Tubman would be fascinating.  

 

Its just that they wouldn't be at the top of my list.  There are other people I would prefer to meet.

Yea, you can't go wrong with any president.  Even if you can't stand them, they are all fascinating and the stories they would have and what they know would be incredible.

Would you want someone like Hitler?  Someone that did terrible things to many people...would you want to try and understand what made them do the things they did?

 

Or are they just so awful that you couldnt stand to be in the same room with them?

 

I can see an argument for wanting to do that but I just don't think I could.
