Melewski tweeted as much this afternoon. He said he'd be surprised if it happens, especially for the latter. Still, he said the O's aren't taking any scenarios off the table.

Seems pretty absurd to me since the BP isn't the issue. Why start their service clock for a few innings?

I think with Gausman this is more of the O's just throwing stuff out there at the media - "not taking anything off the table"..."leaving all options open"...etc. etc.

Gausman won't be coming up. He's at about 130 IP right now and he's not going to get passed 150 this season.
Bundy is also fairly close to a pitch limit of 120 if it is indeed that. He's at 89.2 right now.
