Bender is so bad on both ends.

Ceko was playing at a nice level before that last stretch of games where he was hurt. Hasn't gotten back to that point yet.

I can't fathom why they keep trying to give the ball to Dodd on offense. Forget about the fact that the 2 point shot in college basketball is so invaluable because of how easy it is to shoot the 3 and how bad the front court guys are at shooting FT's if they get fouled. But the guy literally can't even function. He can't walk. He sure as hell doesn't have a post game. He has paws instead of hands.

 

The guy is great on defense....good for him. He should start because of that. But he's gotta know his role. Up 3-0 they post up with him and I'm yelling no no no...he travels and then Wiscy goes on 6-0 run. I just don't see the upside in posting up with a guy that has no touch or post game.

Bender is so bad on both ends.

 

He's limited athletically, but he's had a lot of good moments this year imo. He's a decent passer.  Seems to me have a relatively high IQ.  On a per minute basis, his rebounding is decent. He's actually able to finish chippies. 

For a guy that should be the 8th - 10th guy on a roster, he's fine.

I don't mind the turnovers that are from trying to do something to beat this defense. But the past 3 or 4 have been just lack of focus and execution. Passes to people's feet, lane violations...gotta get it together. Find a way to get some space offensively.

Wisconsin playing pretty stifling defense so far. That last turnover by Melo was basically unforced but other than that Terps are running good offense just can't find any gaps.

 

Wisconsin is playing good D but the Terps have much more athleticism than Wiscy. The Terps should force the issue and try to run and make them uncomfortable. The Terps wouldn't be playing this way against Iowa or Minnesota...they should play their brand and make other teams adjust. Feel like they are a little tight.

Throwing an ally oop to him is very different than getting the ball to him in the post to go to work 1 on 1.

I think that's a bad travel call too. He's allowed to rebound his own shot, even an airball. Though if they didn't call it a shot, then it's a travel
