Think we're gonna whip that ass.

We need another big win to feel better around here. Fans seem about ready to jump off a bridge after losing to the best team in the league.

If we do win, which we should, that game in PIT is going to be insanely intense. Massive stakes on the line. Can't wait.

Gimme Ravens 24, Eagles 10.

Last home game of the year.  The NFL season flies by.    Looks like the poncho's will be needed.  The Ravens should be able to get after the Eagles and Wentz.  Hopefully, they make sitting in the rain worthwhile.

Yea, it certainly gets ugly in Baltimore when the Ravens lose.  Just the mood around here is interesting to watch.

Rain may help us with Smith out.

maybe, but it will not help this old guy.  I sit upstairs, and our dome does not work.

Yea, I could see us doing that.  At least a dozen times.

Jimmy Smith officially ruled out as expected. Alex Lewis is listed as questionable. I doubt he will start this week, but who knows. It will be interesting to see if he comes in at RG or if Yanda moves back if/when he does start.

I'm getting a little worried about this game.

You have some potentially bad factors going on:

1) Smith, arguably the second most important player on the team, is out.

2) Short week

3) Prototypical trap game. Final home game surrounded by 3 games against your 3 biggest rivals, one of which that could decide the division.

4) Philly is a better team than their record, at least according to DVOA. They are 5th in defense and 3rd in ST.

5) Potential bad weather. While that could help us with Smith out, bad weather can always be an equalizer.

6) Team is tense...they were let down by their performance last week. Do they let that carry over and have that hangover effect?

Put all those things together and there is reason to have some worry about this game.

What you hope is that you jump out early, get a lead and just let them wither away in the bad weather and having nothing left to play for.

But if you let them stay in this game and knowing what is ahead of you next week, do you start to tighten up?

It's going to be interesting to see how they respond. You could argue that this is the biggest game for Harbaugh since the SB win. If they come out flat and lose this game, after everything that happened last week and stuff said this week, I think you start to question if he has lost the locker room or not.

Philly is injury riddled. The Ravens should control the game if they are a legitimate playoff team.

Agreed and it is time to win games because they have to.  I still think there is solid talent on this team.  The season is wearing down, but winning the next 3 games makes it a very successful one.

Sproles being out should be big.  The hit on him was nasty.
