Baltimore Sun: Maryland freshman Tino Ellis making early impression on defense
Sounds like he'll be starting over JC Jackson again this week. So awesome to see him doing so well. Busting his ass in practice, and getting rewarded for it. Also interesting that they seem to see him as a CB long-term. He's currently tied for the team lead in pass breakups, and that was primarily as a backup. Will be really cool to see what he can do as a more long-term starter.

I'm fine with him staying at CB. He can make more of an impact going forward for MD there probably.
I'm concerned about Jackson that Ellis was able to start ahead of him last week, and potentially this week...
Reports in camp were that Jackson was MD's best player... him finding himself backing up a true freshman at the end of October is quite a change.
Hopefully can get them both going... get Likely healthy and playing better... and lock some teams down, down the stretch.

Sorry to hear that for Likely. Sucks that the last memory of him in a MD uniform will be the fumble.
He should be getting healthy around the draft. Probably undrafted now. If he's fully ready to go by the time camps come around, someone will get a nice UDFA. Ravens can add him and give him a chance to help in the slot and on ST's. I'd be happy.
