He got kind of a late start by age but has raked everywhere he has been.  He was in the GCL in 2014 and Delmarva last year and moved to Frederick this year.  He has followed up his solid 2015 campaign by another one.  Maybe someone to watch out for.  He is a Catcher that throws about 35% out right now.

23 y/o at Delmarva and Frederick is quite old.  Old enough to significantly discount the quality of the performance.  Not sure if it's accurate or not, but does feel somewhat typical for catchers to develop late, so he could still be someone to keep an eye on if he can handle the position defensively and gets to Bowie fairly quickly next season.
