Sounded like that was pretty ugly from the interview he gave. Interesting  stuff. Not sure what to make of him yet. Got the side out in order but some balls were up and a couple balls were hit really hard including a foul ball. Lot of cutters and cutter/slider type pitches but had one FB at 96.

Ondrusek was suspended by Yakult before they cut ties with him over abusive behavior.

Kind of quells any notion that the O's only want good guys, i.e., not Mat Latos', Or that Buck can't or won't work with troublemakers.

I hope this is a split contract and that's only what we'll pay him if he's on the team.  Shouldn't need to spend that much money on a shitty RP option for Norfolk.

When DD gets set on a guy, he will not let go.

We see it with all  the R5 guys and some of his other pickups.

This was fine if it a minor league deal, but as you said, Why, a major league deal.

Ondrusek has one option remaining (from Roch's blog entry today).  I'm glad, it didn't make any sense without the option.
