I like the #2 horse, Uncle Lino, at 35-1 to figure into the top three.
FWIW, Lino won his last race and posted a time of 1:40.82 on a 1 1/16th mile run. Add the extra 1/8th of a mile for Preakness distance, and it could have been 1:52.68. That would be a Preakness 1 3/16 mile record (Secretariat, 1:53.0).
Also, he came from the outside post position in that one, fast start to get to the front and the rail, and never let up. Even held off a late charge, wasn't out of gas from the fast start. Should be even easier for him to start near the rail today.
No idea if he's a mudder. Just looks like he must be fast.
I know Seth is probably busy as all hell today, but I'd be curious if he thinks this means anything.
