I can't even get on DD anymore. This wasn't his plan. He would have spent the money wisely if it was actually just a budget vs money reserved for just Davis. Shame PA wouldn't let him go last year.

I'm guessing Heyman is spreading Boras' spin on it... I wouldn't be surprised to hear it's ~$150M of value with the higher number due to deferrals...

First, we have the combination of the talk about Cespedes, plus Buck taking Davis to task in public about being overly greedy for no good reason... and then within 24 hours it gets done...  

 

What we don't know is whether it was Crush who pulled the pin...
