He had 1 AAA start...went 7 IP, gave up 1 run..walked 1, struck out 1..allowed 6 hits.

He could probably hold his own against Philly on Saturday. But Britton needs to find his control and get back here soon.

I was hoping we would not need Gonzalez last night, and he and Eveland would split the assignment. I think Hunter needs time to get his mechanics down so he can pitch low in the zone. One start is likely not enough.
It will be interesting to see who goes down. I am guessing it is someone like Tolleson which allows Hunter to come up make the start and then get sent back when they activate Brian Roberts early next week.
