Hotel Tonight is such an awesome app, you should look into that too.

Love Hotel Tonight. Found a super nice hotel nearby for $50'ish the next two nights, which was a perfect place to move certain relatives to, for that price.

It's great for consumers, but not necessarily for neighborhoods.
Why the Garden District?
Yeah, I've used Hotel Tonight before and it is good.
