I will never not enjoy Bill Lee's interviews from Baseball. Describing the aging Al Kaline's defensive prowess as "He had pigeon shit on his shoulders" always makes me chuckle.

Jason Butt... briefly one of our Ravens Analysts... was on the Doug Gottlieb show on CBS today.... due to his current work covering the Georgia Bulldogs. Pretty cool, good for him.

Does anyone still write 'thank you' notes (and I'm actually talking hand-written notes, not some b/s email or text) to other people or am I some kind of lone-wolf in that regard.

I totally forgot but to add to this...........Playing 'Echoes,' in its entirety, at the local bar. One dollar is so worth it. And to follow it up with some old Outkast; priceless.
When 'Echoes' was playing at the bar, an older, African American who was drinking a few seats down leans over and goes "You the one that played this crazy white-boy music?" I nod, smile and reply with a, "Yep." He laughs and we go back to our drinks. After the song ends and Outkast comes on, he leans back over and goes, "You play this too?" I, again nod, smile, and reply with a, "Yep." He goes, "This is more my style" and laughs. I laugh. We clink glasses and enjoy some Atliens.
Good times. Good times.

Yea. I had one when I was in Jacksonville.
I almost emailed you recently to find out where you got yours from, because I couldn't find any breeders down here. The internet and craigslist turned up nothing.
Turns out its typical backwards Louisiana, they still use the newspapers classifieds.

I actually got mine from a breeder in Minnesota. He was shipped to me via a plane. Even with that shipping cost, it was the best price I could find for a pure bred AKC one at the time.
Miss having mine although I now have a Bull Mastiff and he is essentially my old EB but bigger.

I write thank you notes for special occasions. Birthday cards get a thank you call.
