Growing up in Baltimore in the year 1979 it pains me to say this but do you know how much more OKC is worth today then when it was in Seatle? Can you really blame them for that move?

Why wouldn't they be worth that in Seattle? Just with the market, let alone if you assume that they would have built a new arena by now.

Yes but that 125 mil was no where near the money they were going to have available to them. They also had decling attendance numbers. Check the okc tv/attendance they most likely could not over come that in Seatle. People were not interested till they left.
