To be fair, they've done everything short of going door-to-door telling people. They even sent a postcard to my mom since she hadn't updated yet.

Do the old ones not auto update? Mine kinda had a mind of its own on that front. Didn't really bother me though, I've been loving mine since I got it for Christmas. I just wish they gave you a digital copy when you buy a book like they do for Blu-Rays now. Very irritating when the digital version of stuff is more expensive than the physical one.

Its only an issue for really older models previous to 2012.
