Miller has had a rough rough season -- injuries and poor performance.

I have *zero* faith in Povich in this situation, but this feels like a slug fest we can win.

There is baseball, and occasionally there are other things of note

I wonder if Mounty is actually an injury or if hes just losing PT because of his suspect production.

Jimenez is getting too much run, but I guess your options are limited when your bench is Slater, Soto, and Rivera.

I have no idea the situation with Mounty but guys are put on the IL all the time with phantom injuries.

They said his wrist wasn't responding to treatment.

Per ESPN

The Baltimore Orioles placed first baseman Ryan Mountcastle on the 10-day injured list Monday because of a left wrist sprain.

The move was retroactive to Friday.

The Orioles recalled infielder Livan Soto from Triple-A Norfolk in a corresponding move.

Mountcastle sustained the injury Thursday in a game against the Houston Astros when diving into second base headfirst. He stayed in the game until the ninth inning as his pain grew worse.
