Gray was better last time out. He had a couple of rough starts since coming off the IL.
Let's get the first round tonight.
Here is the lineup. Santander getting the night off.
Gunnar Henderson SS
Adley Rutschman C
Ryan O’Hearn DH
Ryan Mountcastle 1B
Heston Kjerstad RF
Jordan Westburg 3B
Colton Cowser LF
Cedric Mullins CF
Jorge Mateo 2B

I checked the schedule and the Orioles have something called an off day on Monday. It seems like forever since we have had one.
The bad news is they get to spend flying to Seattle.
The schedule maker has not been kind.

I did see on twitter that Palmer is planning to work the Seattle games. I was getting a bit worried about him.

Dave Johnson has some catching up to do.

Really trying to get Kjersted some ABs and keep Cowser in the mix despite both struggling
Can you really say Kjerstad is struggling? 2-9 with a double in his first three games up. Looks better in LF than I expected him to.
But I get your point.

I dont really have a problem working Kjersted in more often in theory. Its just that it is tough. Tony has how many HRs in June and he gets the pine tonight. Same goes with trying to keep Cowser in the lineup despite the struggles. They really can afford to shop an OF this deadline. See if you can pull off a rare contender for contender trade. Prob wont happen because no one has extra pitching but you could try.

I mean, the umpire was right there and still blew the call.

There is baseball, and occasionally there are other things of note
"Now OPS sucks. Got it."
"Making his own olive brine is peak Mackus."
"I'm too hungover to watch a loss." - McNulty

McDonald suggested Westy was running like he thought it was gone. That's on the 1BC to tell him the ball's in play and to take 2nd base, and the 3BC's hands needed to be up once he was nearing 2B.
Or, Westburg was in lala land, which obv isn't likely.
